  • FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the plugin’s folder inside wp-content/plugins.

You need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server and delete that plugin – find it here:

    wp-content
        plugins
DELETE THE BAD ONE FROM HERE

I am in my admin panel and I can’t click on anything without getting this error. It’s the same error that you see when you click on the site. Any other suggestions? Thank you SO much for quick response!!

You need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server – ask your hosting company for help with how to do that.

I called my hosting company and they were able to go in and deactivate the plug in through the database! THANK YOU so much for responding as I was having such a fit over this. Thank you again! ??
