any "tag link" under 3.7.1? Even 404 page

  • Hi, i manage some wp sites,
    and after 3.7 or 3.7.1 upgrade all around tags don’t work anymore.
    4 example: tag cloud. Any (yes: any) tag in list jump into the 404 page.
    I search for some minutes in support forum, and i found
    similar problems but not mine. If a previous discussion solved that problem, inter link below..

    FYI I’m using wp 3.7.1, and Suffusion theme (but also Twenty Thirteen) latest upgrade.
