Yes I am a newbie and have viewed several videos on how to get started. So of course I followed one and did not get the same results. Anyhoot…

I am trying to create a landing page and when I get to my new page and enable Instabuilder…I click on Page Design and there are no templates as well as Page Design Color there are no templates to choose from. I also tried to text and clicked on preview and this is the message that popped up. Can someone please help me?

Are you able to do anything in the dashboard now?

Website is hosted by HostGator.

I am able to do things in the dashboard but when I preview the message appears.

That’s a problem with that plugin – where did you get that plugin? Does not appear to be from here:

Then you need to ask them about it – these forums only support plugins from this site – partly because we have no info or access to other plugins.

Alternatively, you might want to try another plugin to see if it will work for you – possibly:

Do you have WP up and running okay?

I used FileZilla to transfer that file into WP. InstaBuilder also shows how to transfer the file from cPanel too.
