Comments sometimes posting more than once

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read my thread.
Sometimes when I post comments, the post gets duplicated or sometimes even 3 times.
It happens randomly and i’m not sure why its happening. I’m allowing duplicate comments to be posted but you can only post a comment every 10 seconds.
This is my website im playing around with.
