2.16.2 Update has broken the widget and entry form

I just updated to the latest version of the plugin and it has caused the widget in the sidebar to display “Fatal error: Undefined class constant ‘JS_KEY’ in /home/light475/public_html/peterborough/wp-content/plugins/testimonials-widget-premium/testimonials-widget-premium.php on line 1349” and now the entry form from the Premium upgrade is displaying all the tags underneath the fields.
