I’ve created three lists of email addresses in my Sendpress setup. Had a problem initially with links in the emails that resulted in 404 errors: this was resolved by saving the permalink settings again.

However, just to check people can unsubscribe/manage their subscriptions, I followed the links on my test emails (one included in each of the three lists).

The standard Sendpress subscription form is presented, but it appears to be a template: the email is just [email protected] and no lists appear in the form.

    What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the delay. Would it be possible for you to include a couple screenshots? I’m not hundred percent sure where are you are getting stuck.

Also, please remember that when testing subscription management, your test emails must be sent to a list and not to an individual email address. It sounds like you followed that practice, but I wanted to be sure.

I’m not sure what I did first time around…
I’ve just been through the following process:
    1. Create a List of one subscriber
    2. Send an email to that list
    3. Click on Unsubscribe
It worked! Not sure what I was doing the first time…
I’ve checked my recent mailing for those who have unsubscribed and it’s clear several people have successfully done so…
For now, I will mark this as resolved.

Thanks for replying and sorry for wasting your time!
