Comment Box not working on Mobile Devices

I have users complaining of always getting this error whenever they try to comment on my site https://www.canoncrested.com. I have been having issues with my comments section but it seemed resolved after I deactivated comments plus from Jetpack but I noticed I could comment on my laptop but not on mobile phones. Pls help
