Plugin for Calculating a table or form

  • Can anyone tell me if there is a plugin to create a table on a wordpress site with 4 columns. In the 4th column, there is a $ value.
    At the bottom of the table there should be a total of column 4.

    This seems so easy but I cant find one anywhere. I have tried numerous plugins but there don’t offer what I am looking for.

    Failing that, is anyone willing to develop one or even if a developer could do some scripting for my page.
    It is for an estimate form or table.
    Currently I have a table copied from someone else but the total is not working among other things, these are sitting on my test site.
