[Plugin: WP No External Links] How to redirect to an ads landing page

Is it possible to use this plugin for creating the the redirect landing page similar to all-apk.com?

For example if there’s a file link: (https://downloadsite.com/fileA.zip)

When a user click on this link will redirect to (https://mydomain.com/goto/ads.page+downloadsite.com/fileA.zip)
An ads landing page will show up as a new tab and this page will contain some ads and the download link.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
