Change font and avatar

I changed the font below the title ?? yeeei!!

I still can’t find how to delete the grey avatar on the left of the post title

Here are steps to remove avatar:
1). Connect to your admin panel: https://yoursite.com/wp-login.php
2).Press on Settings button in your Dashboard
3). Press on Discussion button in your Dashboard
4). Scroll down the page
5). Uncheck the box Show Avatars
6). Check box Blank
10). Save
11). Check your front page

HARD WAY;
Open Editor in your Dashboard, then style.css file and enter this code at the end of opened document;

.post .author-pic {
  display: none;
 }

I have another question: How can I have the post images in my homepage all the same size?
If you check the wesite now you’ll notice that they are all different in size. Is there a way I can have them all the same?
