fatal error on pop-up opening

Hi !
I succeeded to add my instagram feed thanks to the short code. When I click on a thumbnail, a pop-up windows open, but an error appear.
file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /homepages/…https://www.nomoremonday.com (at the bottom)
Could you help me to fix this problem.
