change the drop down box in submit a listing page

    When I click on submit a listing I go to a page mysite / bd / action = submitlisting, and I have to chose the category, in a dropdown box.
    If I have a big list the dropdown list gets to hard to read, can I change this drop down box into something else, into a biger list window, instead of 1 column dropdown box, list? , something easier to read all the categories and subcategories ?
