Two step authentication: Can't access wordpress.com

Thank you for moving the post. Yes, I know this is a issue about wordpress.COM, but in wordpress.COM they told me they cannot help my because my blog is self-hosted (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/two-step-authentication-cant-access-wordpresscom?replies=6#post-1533071%23postform).

I already try https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery, I can restore my password, the problem is the two steps authentication code.

The last post in that thread says this:

The account recovery form is for WordPress.com accounts. If you are looking to access your WordPress.com account, no matter if you blog here or not (or are using jetpack with your WordPress.com account), that is what you want to do.

If you have lost access to your self-hosted WordPress site itself, WordPress.com support cannot help you I am afraid. Talking to the www.remarpro.com support community may be the best solution in that case.

We literally have no way to help with accessing a WordPress.COM account. You said in your first post that you are trying to access your WP.COM account – they are the only ones who can help you with that.
