I am using AAM in order to give acces to a role only to forms, such as gravity, argwa etc so he can manage all incoming from the site. I have succesfully gave at this role acces to argwa autoresponder, bft autoresponder, and at two other form makers, but i cannot give acces to gravity forms no matter how many times i have tried. Is there something additional that i must do?
    Thank you

  • Hi dimpap,
I’m not sure that Gravity Forms has a custom capability to work with. Most likely only administrators have access to Gravity Forms. As a trick, I’m suggesting to create a custom Capability “Administrator” and assign it to you Role.

I’m also having issues with this.

Found this on their support site:
    https://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Role_Management

Gravity Forms consists of the following capabilities that can be controlled via role management.

    Gravity Forms Core Capabilities

    gravityforms_create_form
    gravityforms_delete_entries
    gravityforms_delete_forms
    gravityforms_edit_entries
    gravityforms_edit_entry_notes
    gravityforms_edit_forms
    gravityforms_edit_settings
    gravityforms_export_entries
    gravityforms_feed
    gravityforms_uninstall
    gravityforms_view_entries
    gravityforms_view_entry_notes
    gravityforms_view_settings

    Hi BitHerder,
Add all these capabilities with AAM if they are missing and you should have access to Gravity Forms.

    Regards,
    Vasyl

The capabilities I listed are exposed/created by GF but they are not showing up for me in AAM anywhere.

For reference; we installed AAM on a multi-site network but we’re only activating it on a site by site basis locally.

Gravity forms is installed and activated at the network level.

    Could this be the issue?

    Thanks,
    BH

Nevermind, I misunderstood your previous post, will try that and let you know.

    Hi BitHerder,
Just FYI. On Capability Tab you can filter all capabilities by Group Miscellaneous (right top corner the Filter icon). If you do not see these capabilities, try to create them.

Thank you for your time and looking forward for update from you.
    Vasyl
