Plugin suggestions for hotel reservations with complex packages

I’ve looked and tested many plugins to find something that will do what I need and does not require a subscription. I’m willing to purchase a package up front at a reasonable cost but do not want to pay monthly or yearly fees (unless needed for support). A lot of the free tests don’t show me what I need to know.

My client runs a hotel. All rates are based on complex packages and not a nightly rate. Packages are available in 3,5,7 night increments. Package rates change based on number of people booking the room, the kind of room, and season. Then, a fee is added for each scuba diver in the reservation (behind the scenes once number of divers are selected). A package fee is added along with a food plan for all booked people. Then, they can choose additional nights whose rate is based on the same things, then automatically adds a fee for divers based on the number of divers. Does anyone know of any plugins that can handle this complex of a system?
