new user unable to register

    daer all iclassifire.com is my site .i have getting a problem that new user are unable to get registration .
    1. when they fill their username and mail id it shows that you will get a confirmation mail but they dont get any mail by our site
    2.if any register user apply for new password its shows that you will receive new password but he dont get any password.
    please help me

    I think there are many reasons so please follow these steps:

    1. check your mail-server setting
    2. mail account quota
    3. mail-account created or not, if created then check the spelling of your mail address (which you are using at WordPress admin site) is same or not.
    4. check the Spam folder for password reset mail or new user registration mails. May be all the mails are going to Spam folder in user account.
