Header image not overriding Header text

    I am having trouble getting the header image to override the Header text and still have the header image sit between the top navigation and the Primary menu.

    Is there a way of keeping the header image in between these top navigation bars and not have the Site title and tagline sititng across the image?

    My header image incorporates the Site title so I don’t want it repeated.

    Does this require a change to the CSS? If so, what do you recommend to ensure other elements are not affected.
