JPG/PDF formats do not upload.

The upload file function works great for a word file. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to upload any other file format.
I want the end user to be able to upload their time sheets to us. When I check the return email, it states that the file that THEY uploaded, but there is NO ACTUAL file.
