So you’re creating a task and wonder why other people who have access to the project can’t see the task. Maybe this task is in “draft” status ?
If so, simply change it to “in progress” and the task will be available to other users.

Exactly – I figured out that other users don’t see the task until it’s in “Draft” status.

Is there any simple ways to change that? Or is taskfreak core redisign needed?

I was having exactly the same problem.
For me, it makes more sense if there would be a “OPEN” status. this will be the default status. Other users (and specifically the admin!) should be able to see tasks with OPEN status.
Then when someone starts working on the task, he should change its status to “IN PROGRESS”.

Right now, admin doesn’t have any way to see other users drafts. it makes no sense because:
    1. admin should always be able to have access to everything
    2. It’s not intuitive enough.
