Log entry is empty (online)

    First, thanks for that wonderful plugin ! It’s a pleasure to work with it. ??

    I uncountered an unexpected problem when I uploaded my new site.
    All works fine, except that… log entries are empty. :s
    Users receive their points, but these changes don’t appear in the log entries.
    I checked the database : no log entry has been recorded since the upload.
    However, the log entries still work in localhost and appear correctly when a user gains points.

    I don’t have a clue how to solve this problem.
    Any idea ?

    Hey.

    If you have log entries on one server but not on another, then I would start by checking what is different on the server where it does not work.

    First, I would enable WP_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file to check if I am getting an error message.

    Since points are awarded the issue is with the insertion of the entry into the database, so what differs between the two databases? Same setup, same table setup?

    Assuming that all plugin and theme files are the same on both sites then it can only be a database / server setup that causes the issue.
