Admin Verification required – still getting spam registration

Hi,
I am using Register Plus Redux 3.9.10, “Moderate all new user registrations” is selected however I am still getting a 10-20 spam users created every day.
I am using wordpress 3.7.1 and all plugins are up to date.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
