NinjaFirewall does not work after installation

    I installed the plugin and after applying all the necessary changes nothing happens if I click on “Check Ninja Firewall”. I come to the same starting point again with the button “Enough chitchat, let’s go”!

    I checked the .htaccess and the new php.ini and the changes are done with the right content. I restartet the apache webserver but nothing happens. If I click on the WordPress sidebar menu on NinjaFirewall I can only see the start page again with the button button “Enough chitchat, let’s go”!

    Any idea how to make the Firewall working?

    Hi,

    Could you download this file https://nintechnet.com/ninjacheck_php.txt, rename it to ninjacheck.php, upload it to your WordPress folder, call it from your browser and paste the results here ?
    If your domain name is mentioned in the output, you can replace it with ‘xxxxxxx’ instead.

    Can you try to remove the php.ini file created during the installation, restart NinjaFirewall setup and select .user.ini instead ?
    At the end of the installation process, you will need to restart Apache so that it will load the newly created INI file.

    Hi, after doing as recommendet it works properly now.
    Thanks and kind regards. It seems as if you have created a wonderful product. I am about to write an article about it and an ebook.
