Help WP free plugin to form database

  • I’m looking for a WP plugin (free) to buid a form that creates a datababse to
    (a) add information at WP page
    (b) retrieve (search) information at WP page.
    I found Gravity Forms but it doesn’t works at my WP v.3.7.1. Someone can help me indicating a WP plugin?
