Plugin having no effect

    Hi,

    I’m currently helping to build a website using the Themify Parallex theme, and am trying to create a series of links to new pages from images in a gallery, but clicking on the images is still sending the user to the “image page”, despite the Custom Links plugin now being active.

    The page in question is an active test page, but hidden from menu navigation.

    My knowledge of website creation is minimal at best, so i’m having some trouble understanding the FAQ lingo or how to action to suggestions, in particular FAQ#6, which I believe relates to this issue.

    Any help you could provide would be fantastic.

    Sorry I wasn’t able to respond sooner – if you take a look at this support thread (and my response), it may give you a better idea of what to look for to modify in your functions.php code:

    If that doesn’t work out for you, I’d suggest either contacting the theme author and requesting their gallery support the “post_gallery” filter (best solution), or contact me at [email protected] to possibly work something else out in terms of customizing your theme to support it.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I was able to work with the theme editor to a custom feature that does something similar to your plugin. Thanks!
