Cannot get the plug in to work

This is bcz of you are using latest jquery i think 1.10.3 and this faq plugin work with 1.8

Please download the latest FAQ plugin and install to work it with latest wordpress (3.7, 3.7.1)

I have added jquery ui-accordion for this. Now it is working fine

I just downloaded your plugin. Doesn’t work. I only see 1 comment so I can’t even get help.

Now you plz check new version 2.1 its working i have tested this with wordpress 3.7.1

maybe what i’m doing is wrong…in a page, all i have to do is add the shortcode right? as long as I have the FAQ pages set up?

See follow the step

1) Install the plugin and activate it
2) Now you can check there will be a new menu tab has created “FAQ”
This FAQ menu tab work same as POST tab like all post, add new post etc
3) Create a page with the name “FAQ” OR as per “Your name” and insert the sort code [sp_faq limit=”-1″]. Short code is a method to call the function inside a wordpress page.

4) Now all is to do now go to FAQ tab and add FAQ title and content as you do for POST

This plugin is a CUSTOM POST TYPE so therefore to display its content you have to create a page and need to insert the short code.

hmm, now it works, it didn’t work 2 hrs ago for some reason. I did the exact same thing ?? weird. Even before, I had to find a new FAQ plugin. Thanks

Sorry to append to this thread but I can’t see anywhere to start a new one.

I am having a similar problem, I have installed the latest plugin and followed the instructions but although the faq shows, the accordion function is not working.

I really can’t tell you why. I just waited while I find the answer here and it works. Make sure the short code is in paragraph format…

check in your description editor..short code should be like this
[sp_faq limit="-1"] NOT IN code[sp_faq limit=”-1″]code Format.

Bcz many time we insert shortcode in “Visual” so wordpress auto add code tag before and after the shortcode.

If you still getting any problum plz pass me this i will solve at free of cost

in your case i think if you check your shortcode in admin section under faq page …you have written <strong[sp_faq limit=”-1″]/strong>
