Checkout page reloading

    Since we updated WP to the last version (3.7.1) we have been having the same problem trying to proceed from checkout page.

    When you click proceed to confirmation it simplly reloads checkout page. Doesn’t display a warning even if you leave all the fields black, and does the same with every purchase gate.

    We have tested with all the plugins disabled, with a different theme, with a fresh eshop installation, changing the general config, and still the same.

    Please help with some solution if someone has have the same issue. Site is hidroshop.mx

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    Yes, we have tried that too.

    Thank you for your support. It seems to be a server problem, because whe ask people to try the site and it works for the first time for each one, and then it does the same.

    The question is: What exactly do we have to ask for to the server people? What action should they take?

    It sounds like some sort of caching issue to me. Ask the hosts if they are caching the site. It would also be worth checking your site’s error logs for clues. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

    As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a follow-up.
