A Limit on Conditionally Added Tags?

    I have a list of 20 answers to a survey question on a Gravity Form which I am trying to map to InfusionSoft using the “Conditionally Added Tags” area of the plugin.

    After creating 10 entries, the “plus” button (which adds a new entry/map) becomes grayed out and apparently no further entries/maps are possible.

    Is there a limit to the amount of tag entries you can map? I don’t see why there would be a limit and haven’t seen anyone else mention this problem, so perhaps I’m doing something wrong.
