No edit menu metaboxes for other admins

    Plugin is working well, but only the user with username “admin” and role “admin” can view the Staff Members and Groups metaboxes under Appearance>Menus. The metaboxe don’t appear for other users, even if their role is “admin”.

    Is this by design? Is there a way to fix it?
