media error on windows 8 IE10

  • Hi
    when I try to add media to my post or page the pop up to add media or select an image does not pop up (in fact nothing happens) I have tried on an apple and someones older pc and it works. Is there a problem with 3.7.1 or is it a problem with my browser and can I fix this??

  • Have you tried a different browser on your computer?
    Can you duplicate this with no plugins and the twenty-thirteen theme?

    Hi I have tried on IE 10 on another computer OS windows 7 and it works fine.

    I have tried other browsers on my windows 8 machine and they don’t work either. could it be an issue with the computer??

    Could be the computer. I have no idea. It is clearly not a WordPress issue.
