Forbidden and 404 Error when editing Options

    I keep receiving the following error after I press Options Update.

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /blog/wp-admin/options.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    ———————————————————

    Does anyone know what’s wrong?
