wordpress installed running homepage and backend but nothing else

I have moved my site from my localhost to a live server. But I am getting a “Not Found” error on all my pages except the home page. All of the backend is working and I used velvet blue plugin to change all my urls. When I go to a page they are all saying the right url string as far as I can tell….

I am very confused. I actually had this same problem with a site last week the I moved from a live server to a localhost but it resolved itself magically after about a half hour (basically while I was researching what could be the problem). I thought my luck might be the same for this but after leaving it overnight I still get the error.
