Does it occur when you use a different theme or perhaps if all other plugins are disabled? I have no familiarity with that theme in question, so I’m not sure what could be causing it

no, other themes don’t have such structure to edit in the page edit section.

please click the following link to see the difference in the editing page after activating badgeOS.

    the following is the theme

the URL you provided gave a redirect error.

It’s going to be a bit impractical to purchase the premium theme just for the sake of debugging this, so the best I can think of for helping is screenshots of what you’re seeing, or as a last resort the ability to log in with a temp account. However, I really prefer avoiding the new user method with other peoples sites.

    Hey Michael,

Sorry that the page had to redirect. we have made that page accessible. Please visit https://www.georgeprep.com/badgeos-test/

I have done exactly as you said, i have given the screenshot of the differences that happen when we activate BadgeOS.

Are you familiar with Chrome/Firefox developer tools at all? I’m curious if there’s some sort of js and/or css errors showing up with your install on that screen, which could definitely cause issues like this. I recall a client site earlier this year where Yoast’s SEO tabs were broken due to js error.

    Hello,

I have exactly the same issue as Alosies. If you want to take a look, I’ll be happy to give you an access to my site.
I really wish I could use your plugin, that could really boost people engagement!

    Thanks a lot.

tourdecartes, it sounds like you’re using the same theme? Are you seeing any javascript errors in your browser console?

Yes I am using Dynamix also. I do not see any errors with firebug on the admin page.

We’re discussing the best way to go about trying to debug this issue, without requiring full access to your sites.

Ok, Im ready to help, just let me know what I can do ??

Curious if this has resolved itself at all. Not sure if DynamiX has had any updates since that cleared the issue(s).

Nop, nothing got fixed by itself.
I ended up buying “wpachievements” – great plugin, and it will have multi-triggers in a couple of weeks.
