Database Credentials are wrong

    I’ve copied and pasted the database settings from the config file. I even manually typed it 4 times. I know without a doubt these settings are correct. Your product constantly says the credentials are wrong. It makes no sense whatsoever. I need a fix for this.

    I’m using the latest version of your plugin version 3.0.4. I cannot even consider purchasing this until I can actually get this to work.

    It is a known bug with the test credential feature in free version. We are working on that with some more added features that are planned to release in upcoming version. You can update the plugin once it is available. But for now this wont affect other options/process, so you can proceed creating forms etc.

    And our pro version is different from free one. There is no need for db credentials in pro version as it works via vtiger web services. For more feature list and live demo you can test drive here.
