Plugin Pull Down Menus Not Refreshing Page

Howdie,

I run WordPress version 3.7.1 and I have my own custom built theme. I use the WooCommerce plugin (version 2.0.18) to help run a store. For some reason the custom drop down menus or boxes, I believe people call them different names, are not refreshing the page like they should. Such as “sort page by” and when you click on how you want the page sorted by it does nothing. I do not think at the moment it is a WoCcommerce issue, I think it is due to something I left out of my custom theme when building it. I believe I have ruled out it being a jquery issue.

Any help on this would be very appreciated.
