How to accomplish two different subdirectories from Network install

I need this setup:
https://myurl/blogs/siteone
https://myurl/blogs/sitetwo
https://myurl/exhibits/siteone
https://myurl/exhibits/sitetwo

On our own linux server, we currently have the /blogs/ sub-directory up and running on a network install, so I am familiar with that. Now, I need to add the /exhibits/ sub-directory with the new sites.

I thought I could just install another network version in the sxhibits sub-directory, changing the table prefixes to create a new database and not interfere.

Would this work? Is there a better way?
