Theme installation

    I purchased a theme from ThemeForest. Each time I try to install the downloaded ZIP file, it processes for about two minutes, then switches to a screen that says, “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” Then it takes me back to the installation screen. What am I doing wrong??
