Looking for a coaching client management system plugin

Hi everybody,

i’m a newbie, and i’m looking for a wordpress plugin that have these features:

Private Message Board For Every Coaching Client.
Safe, Password Protected Area For Security.
One-Click Enable/Disable Features.
Automatic Sign-ups For New Clients.
Ability To Upload Files And Conduct Live Chats.
Email Notifications To My Clients Whenever A New Post Is Made by me.
Save All Of my Messages For Future Reference

Do anybody know any plugin which has these features or a way to implemnt these features to wordpress? I already searched for plugins but i only found project management plugins which are not exactly what i’m looking for.
I bought easy coach pro by Jimmy D. Brown which has these features but i’m not able to install this php script on my coaching wordpress page, that’s why i thought to look for a plugin, which would be much easier for me.

So if anyone has an idea, i would be happy if he/she could answer me.
