Plugin Issue With W3C Validator!

I put this in the main plugin section but thought i would ask here as well.
I am having issues getting the site to validate on posts where i have galleries, it was extremely bad when using Shutter 2 effect so i moved to Highslide, much better but still one single validation issue that i cannot fix, i’m sure it’s very simple to do if i knew the file and had some guidance.
The validation error is listed below.
No p element in scope but a p end tag seen.
/></div></div><div class=’ngg-clear’></div></div></p>Can you supply some help in fixing this or better yet fix it for the next upgrade of the plugin.
I am using the latest edition of WordPress and the Expound theme.
