Help. blue arrow instead of images

i have just insteaded wordpress on my host server, ive uploaded my child theme and am transfering the content over from my local host. as you can see from the link

there is a blue question mark where the image of the header should be. the image is located here

now. on my ftd account the uploads file was there however when i tried to locate it with filezilla i couldnt find it. i followed the instructions on this video

now i can see the upload file with filezilla but im still getting the blue question mark on the website

please help its driving me crazy
