How to make other menu items inactive if he is not a member of that level

    For example I have menus as About, History, Services and Carrers. I divided mysite into four membership levels i.e For level-1 users I want to active About tab and its sub tabs and remaining all menu tabs(History, Services and Carrers) must be inactive Even though if they try to click on other menus , the hyperlinks must be inactive and don’t want to show sub tabs of remaining menus. Can we implement the above functionality.

    Hi @vssnarayanaraju,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can achieve the same by adding positive or negative menu rules for access levels from the path Admin -> Membership -> Access Levels -> Main Rules.

    The menus will show and hide depending on these menu rules.

    Sir,as we are defining different access levels and defining any menu item in ‘negative rules’ in any access level then it hides the menu item.

    But sir what i want is, it should show the menu item and on click that menu item it should show subscription window rather than completely hide that menu item.

    So what i should do please sir let me know!!!
