How to upload post database in subdomain directory

I am running multi site script in my site.site is : https://sillyjokes.mobi = for jokes
other site is parked on https://sillyjokes.mobi/cookingrecipes/
site was https://freshrecipes.info
now I want to upload my post database in https://sillyjokes.mobi/cookingrecipes/
where i can upload it. can you please tell me
post database is about 50,000 posts.
