Admin panel not loading, blank screen.

I am no longer able to make edits or log in to one of my sites. I do have a few plug-ins installed. However, the admin pages and login issues did not start until I upgraded WordPress to the most recent release.

When I go to wp-login.php and select login, the page goes blank. If I try to manually type in the admin panel pages I would like to go to, the pages are all blank. This is a site for a client and I am having a hard time figuring out what is going on. I have never ran into an issue such as this.

Please help!
