Cannot find login

I had WordPress running on my local machine using MAMP. I attempted to make it a multisite following what seemed to be fairly good directions. I’m on Page 8 of 15 and it’s asking me to visit the “WordPress Admin” page, but I cannot as the page is asking for my login and password and the old one I had are not working. Help! and thanks. Rick
