Not getting name fields data to Salesforce

    Forgive the newbie request for support, if there is an obvious fix. I am using Gravity Forms Salesforce Web to Lead Add-On and have Salesforce Professional Edition. The Company, Email and Phone fields are mapping correctly into Salesforce. The First and Last Name are not. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Salesforce is unwilling to give support without signing up for an expensive support program. Appreciate your help!

    Please upgrade to the latest version and set up Feeds (see the plugin FAQ “Web-to-Lead: How do I create a Feed?”) and this should solve the problem.
