How can I stop nightly builds from installing? I didn't activate it

    Hey everyone, today I received the following message in my email:

    SUCCESS: WordPress was successfully updated to WordPress 3.8-alpha-20131025

    UPDATE LOG
    ==========

    WordPress 3.8-alpha-20131025
    ——–

    The thing is that I didn’t sign up for this, and it broke my site? So now I have to downgrade, but I want to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

    I don’t have a plugin installed for this, and I’m somewhat beginner in WP (Being using it for 6 years but don’t know how to code or anything), and have no idea how this happened.

    Can anyone please help me?
