Nothing working on page but displays in shortcode preview OK

Hi, nothing seems to be working with the shortcode option. It displays fine on the preview option when inserting the shortcode but when the page is viewed it simple displays the shortcodes.

I am trying to insert the accordian shortcode and coloumn filter but both are not working. Im not sure if it is a jquery issue….
