There is some sort of server-level caching in effect that is caching the error– unfortunately, the only way around this is going to be to have the host identify the issue– without access to the files, you’re not going to be able to get into the admin panel

    Hi, Sam!

If I can get FTP access, will deleting the plugin get me in? If so, can I reinstall, then whitelist this IP?

    Please, advise. Thank you.

You’re going to want to delete the plugin and that SHOULD get you in, depending on the caching mechanism your host has in place. Whitelisting wouldn’t help because this is some sort of cache layer they have BEFORE bruteprotect gets to check your IP– if the IP were making it to our plugin, you wouldn’t be seeing this error– does that make sense?

I would highly recommend getting the server support team in on this. Who is your hosting provider?
