I need to delete some of comment area

  • as you see in the image, i have to delete the website and email area of comment section, infact i can do it with css but css modification sometimes doesn’t work on mobile device, specially in the responsive theme..
    how can i erase it with php, which file and line ?
    please enlight me if you know the solution, it is really required for our concept.
