Missing sitemap?

There was another thread for this but it seems no answers was coming so I try here, hope that’s ok.
I’m missing the sitemap in webmastertools. I took it it was supposed to get submitted automaticly?

I use the plugn in for this site: https://malingoransson.se/ and I’m very happy with the rest of the features.
