Database issue getting site from local to live site

    So I tried to move my site to a tester server but something has gone wrong.

    This is what I am getting https://www.melgardner.com/qm/

    I am also unable to view my site now locally, I took a backup of the database so I am guessing I need to reinstall that – Is that right?

    And if so, does anyone know of any tutorials?
    Scared of destroying my site.
